“Had a wonderful experience with Heidi who was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful in picking out a pair of bridal heels. The shoes had minor defects that I noted when I returned home and Heidi provided prompt service in helping me order a new pair. Highly recommend requesting an appointment with her!”
“Shop is good, but unfortunately did not have the items I was looking for. I was looking for a replacement hose for my Osprey hydration pack and a wire brush for cleaning. They had neither sadly.
For EV/PHEV drivers, both the electric car chargers downstairs do not work. One says network is offline, the other will restart itself every few mins.
Broken since July 2021.
Update Feb 2, 2026. EV chargers are still dead”

Which made a very difficult on my part. I decided to start calling the stores unfortunately, some stores customer service was not great. They didn’t go above and beyond their duty however, when I spoke to the sales rep, her name was Neha From Centerpoint Mall she was absolutely amazing. She told me to call this manufacture of the actual make of the shoe and right away. I found the shoe ordered it plus I got a 10% discount for being a new customer and the way we went.
