Aaron greeted my son and I right away and was very informative, patient, (I had lots of questions and wasn't sure if I would buy anything), and we went back and forth looking for the right style, (I hate box, chunky shoes!). We finally settled on a pair of AF1. While Aaron was getting my shoes, I was looking at converse and Hash came over, asked if I needed help and got me the size I needed. Tamyra checked out our belongings, (she was very friendly, helped me with a scuff on my shoes and very polite!). I couldn't help but notice the rude, demeaning woman beside be heckling Hash to return shoes that were from JULY!!!! Hash has patience! He kept a polite approach, calming tone of voice, went over the return policy about 4 times as I was standing there, and even gave her an alternative phone number to help out with her issue that she tried to blame on the AF1 leather.Aside from rude lady, I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone took the time to make sure that I found what I needed and always came back to see if I was okay, even though I said I wasn't sure about buying anything. Made my whole day chill!”

In which we went to this location and was helped by an amazing , knowledgeable and kind sales associate named Shar. I didn’t come in for shoes but I ended up ordering the same shoes as my friend the next day.
