“Excellent store for buy shoes for children. Wide selection and sizes. They have children shoes from babies to teenagers. Good quality shoes, and they even had wide shoes. They have sandals, running shoes and even boots. Shout to to Cathy and Regina. I walked in they immediately greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help. I was looking for shoes that light up in a specific size among ither styles. They had an excellent selection to choose from and were so helpful I had difficulty choosing. Cathy and Regina went out of their way to help me and offer helpful suggestions even when my requests were unconventional. The whole time they where positive and professional, even I took a lot of their time.”

“I love this marks it's always bring and clean and has a surprisingly large selection for being inside a mall. Have always felt like I'm getting a good deal and they always have some sale or promotion on.”

“This is not our first time shopping at this store, and we have purchased UGG products here before.
The store was quite busy, and unfortunately, the customer service was not as efficient as we expected.
We had to keep looking for sales associates ourselves, asking for different sizes, checking availability, and explaining that the shoes they brought us were not the pair we were looking for.
A staff member approached us once and offered help, but after that, we mostly had to find someone ourselves and ask for assistance.
We also had to wait while they looked for the correct size, and the whole process took quite a bit of time.
That being said, we eventually managed to find the right pair and the correct size.
There was one more issue: the box was labeled for a different pair of shoes, while a different pair was inside.
It looked like the box and shoes had been mixed up before we arrived.
On the positive side, after our purchase, we received a $30 discount toward a second purchase, which was a very nice surprise and definitely made us happy.
Overall, we did leave satisfied with our purchase, especially because we really like UGG and were determined to get the pair we wanted.
We hope the store can improve the customer service and make the shopping experience more organized and efficient, because we do enjoy shopping here and would like to continue coming back.”
