“If you’re looking for top notch customer service ask for Martina! By far the best manager they’ve had at this location. She’s so sweet every time I interact with her. Previous manager was always rude and would talk down to you if you were late for a payment. Martina is firm but understands and will actually work with you. So happy she came back to this store.”

“Absolutely the best 7-Eleven I've been to. They are stocked, clean, (not sure why people said otherwise - I see them clean everytime I'm there) and great variety of products. It's busy at times but has the best coffee in town right now for under 2 bucks and using mobile checkout is so quick.

“There are only three 7/11s in the Niagara Peninsula that have the full range of cooked chicken, and this Thorold store is one of them. They're really good cooks, always enjoying any of their hot food. Grabbing a big piece of chicken, a pizza slice with a bag of chips and pop was a picnic for me during the pandemic.”
