Terrible communication and zero accountability. The service department is nearly impossible to deal with. No one answers the phone or return calls, they ask us to email. Very poor service. I called 6 times in 2 days and left 3 messages for a recall appointment. No one called me back. I brought my business to Sault-Ste-Marie.
