“Purchased a few graphic novels from Hill City Comics several weeks ago. The books arrived quickly, but when I opened the package, I noticed that I mistakenly received a book I had not ordered instead of one that I had. I reached out to the owner to inform him of the mistake and he was extremely helpful in rectifying it. He offered for me to keep the book I had mistakenly received rather than returning it, and he sent me the book that I had originally ordered free of charge, which was very generous. Ultimately, what could have been a disappointing and frustrating situation ended up showing the quality of customer service and general integrity this owner has. Very pleased with my experience with Hill City Comics and will likely be ordering from them again in the future!”
