“I had a severely infected ingrown toe nail. I flew from Thunder Bay to Toronto to have the partial nail avulsion surgery done because they got me in right away. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodated my needs. The surgeon I had was Avi. He was absolutely amazing, explained everything perfectly, and reassured my concerns. He made sure that I would be okay for my flight back home the next day by supplying me with extra bandaids just in case. I’m very happy I chose this place. Ps, if you’re worried about the procedure like I was, don’t be. It did not hurt at all even afterwards I had no pain. The environment and the staff make the place feel so comforting and safe. Thank you guys for everything.”

“✋✋ down the quickest filling pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff are very educated and if they don't know the answer or can't answer a certain question. Not to worry Sarah will know what's the best strategy to go and continue to work WITH your circle of medical care. They MAKE time for you. Thank you Sarah and Dave for keeping me healthy safe. Answering all my questions no matter how many times I call and ask the same question just a different way. Court Street Pharmacy is my #1. If this didn't catch your attention... they sell REAL "old school" lifesavers and random beverages. Just sayin ?”

“This pharmacy is awesome. Depending on when you go, it can be quite busy but I especially appreciate the kindness of the staff. The hours are not as convenient as some big box pharmacies but that is a trade off I am happy to make. The service is outstanding!”

“As someone who has medications without which I will literally die, it is of paramount importance to me that I have a pharmacy I truly trust. Janzen's is that pharmacy. Every time I've been in a crisis, or just thought I was, every member of Janzen's staff has responded with professionalism and genuine care and concern. Without fail, both at the Bay St and Westfort locations, they have done whatever was needed to resolve the issue and be certain that I have what I need. I rarely have the words to express my gratitude, but please consider this my best effort. Thank you.”

“I had the best experience today at Shoppers drug Mart on Memorial and John. The two ladies working in the cosmetics department were absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately, I only remember one of their names. I believe it was Cheryl. It was on Monday, October 19th In the afternoon. They both were so friendly and attentive. They were able to answer all my questions regarding products I was interested in. They weren’t trying to upsell me. I felt like both ladies had my best interest at heart. That kind of service is so appreciated these days. They both simply made my afternoon a lot brighter! I’ve always been a fan of Shoppers drug Mart but this one was a special trip!”

“I'm giving the five star review only to try to cheer up the people that work in this store really it's a one star. I've gone in about six times and the cashier manager is always grumpy no matter how many good vibes I give her... still grumpy. I see a pattern here, today I thought maybe it had to do with her manager after I walked in I hear her bad mouthing another employee (not there ) to the cosmetics lady . Toxic ? Maybe that's why she's such a grump ... any rate I hope maybe someone can do a work place audit on this shoppers , mental health is A issue in the world we live in ... #shoppers”
