The 7-Eleven has great staff who provide helpful service. They offer tasty deals like a large pizza and 2-liter Pepsi for $13.96. While the Slurpees are cold and refreshing, the store is clean and well maintained. However, the coffee machines could be improved, as they are not working well. The nearby Tim's is often busy and not ideal for coffee, so fixing the coffee machines at the 7-Eleven could be a good business opportunity.
One of the best 7-11 stores I’ve been to. I visited the store today, 2nd July, around 8pm and was assisted by a Filipina girl who was very friendly. She even encouraged me to buy the day’s promotion which was the buy 1-take 1 sandwich. Store is clean and well maintained.

This place should fix their coffee machines. The Tim's next door is nightmare and there's nowhere else to get coffee around there. Businesses opportunity!
