Bay Bloor Radio is Toronto’s audio video store, offering a wide selection of TVs, sound systems, headphones, and turntables. It provides personal attention, expert advice, and services including an in-store service department, home delivery, and custom design & installation. Reviews describe it as a very warm, not intimidating atmosphere with super kind and knowledgeable staff who provide excellent customer service without pressure. Customers report fantastic experiences, noting the staff are lovely, very generous with their time, and go out of their way to help, including promptly handling warranty issues. The store is likened to a museum, store, and showroom all in one, featuring good products. It is considered a great but dangerous store for enthusiasts who might spend too much. While generally praised, one note mentions that products can be expensive.
Epic store! They let me try out these ie200s for as long as I wanted... The experience was awesome... Highly recommended for all the audiophiles out there!

Thank you, Chris, for arranging the Yamaha S801 amp. I purchased it as a gift for my father, who was highly impressed.
Chris responded to my email with a prompt phone call, demonstrating professionalism and helpfulness.

Bought a BW PX8 two years ago and a pair of KEF this time. Both times are great experience with extremely high quality products. Will come back for some other products.
