We do not recommend this lender. We rent our properties to a company for staff housing and have for 6 years and b2b bank decided to collapse a deal 4 days before signing at the lawyers due to this rental situation leaving us completely exposed legally with the seller. Not recommend at all

People are super nice. But no follow through, emailed links don’t work. Brutal!!! All I want is a statement! 3 weeks later and nothing.
