Will be withdrawing all funds from this bank. I came here at lunch and the bank ATM took my debit card. After they had me wait around for 10 mins, they tried to get me to verify mys of. Why would I do that if I gave you my name and I immediately said my card was snatched. Poor excuse for a business, now you’ve lost...

Came here to take cash out, and the ATM took my card. Every teller lacked urgency until o spoke a bit loud. I would never support this bank and I’m thinking of removing all my money from it.

This is a horrible branch. I came to apply for a product I’m 💯 eligible for and they lied saying the employee I was supposed so to see is unwell even though I could see her in her office. Go to RBC it’s much better in customer service.
