“Had to replace a lost debit card on Jan. 23, 2024. It was complicated because I had thought I had lost my wallet, and had already called TD to cancel my cards, but then had subsequently found my wallet. George was extremely helpful, and gave me lots of advice for next time, and was cheerful and easy to deal with.”

Angela, Cosimo, and Melissa were phenomenal- each of them taking time to listen, guide us through our options, and make sure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Their kindness and attentiveness made what could’ve been a routine errand feel like a meaningful conversation. And Branch Manager Maria- what an incredible leader. She took the time to personally check in, offer guidance, gave us a cold greek coffee (yum!) and ensured that everything about our visit ran smoothly.
