TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Banks
Hours: TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM offers a generally positive banking experience, with many customers highlighting the friendly and helpful staff. Reviews praise the accommodating nature of employees and their efficiency in resolving issues. One customer noted a particularly great interaction with a staff member who provided excellent account recommendations. However, there are mixed experiences regarding specific tellers; while some employees, like Tammy and the manager Johnny, are recognized for their friendliness and patience, others have received criticism for their demeanor. A recent incident involving a cash deposit led to dissatisfaction with a teller's method of counting, which was perceived as unprofessional, prompting the customer to request another employee's assistance. Despite this, most reviewers express a willingness to return to the branch due to the overall positive atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff. Some customers do mention challenges like parking and longer wait times, but the consensus remains that this branch is well-organized and committed to customer service.
