“My girlfriend recently brought her 2016 Honda Civic here for A/C issues after being recommended to this place. 5 years her A/C was never working, and most shops did a poor job diagnosing it. Timor spent 30 minutes on the car and found the issue was the high pressure line had a pinhole crack in it that allowed it to never stay filled or properly circulate.
Honda themselves tried to have her replace the entire condenser over the issue for more than $3000 including labor. Timor got the part in 2 days and we had the a/c working again once we got it back into the shop.

I had such a great experience at Keele Auto Centre! I came in without an appointment, fully expecting to be turned away because they were clearly busy — but John went out of his way to fit me in for a much-needed oil change. Not only did he get the job done, but he actually finished earlier than I expected, which was incredibly considerate and appreciated.
My oil changes tend to be on the pricier side due to my car make, but the price here was totally fair and transparent. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this accommodating, efficient, and honest.

As soon as I walked in and explained the issue with my car, Sang was able to accommodate me and offered to look at the car on the same day. I was very appreciative of this as I did have my family with me including a toddler and an infant. It meant a lot to me that we didn’t have to come back on another day. Within a couple hours, he called and explained the work needed to be done and was able to order the parts and complete the job by mid afternoon. I had aftermarket parts that they were able to salvage and my hood decal (Factory) had a blemish, in which they replaced, no charge.

“I was told by my insurance company to take my car here for front bumper repairs. Very good spot, the job was done very quick and work was done well. Car looks amazing.
Big shout out to Tatiana, when I arrived to leave my car I saw my front wheel was low on air and the two gas stations I stopped at, their pump wasn't work. She said not to worry and they will pump it. Turns out there was a small hole which they plug (no charge).
Great place and great service by the employees there.

“I came here after my first car accident and I am so thankful to have picked here to get my car repaired. Pricing is very fair, customer service was amazing and quality of work was top notch.
I'm always nervous going into car shops as they typically have a reputation for taking advantage of people that don't know much about cars, especially as a woman, but not this place.
They were so friendly and honest with what was needed and my experience from beginning to end was so easy and pretty speedy.
Knock wood I never have to come back, but if something ever does happen again to my car I wouldn't choose any other place.
