While yes it’s a butcher (with super high quality meat) I mainly go there for the lunch options. They have a daily sandwich + other cooked proteins and sides.

Dale helped us and went above and beyond with our bone in Prime rib. He made sure it was sealed and seasoned properly for our sous vide to cook. It was a beautiful cut of meat that he recommended and it was the perfect amount for us and our guests.
