The chicken thighs are so juicy and not dry at all when roasted in the oven. Used to do the same with grocery store meat and it was always so dry. I plan on trying their steaks soon!

I no longer live in the neighbourhood but I still travel across the city to get my meats here. The flavour and tenderness of the chicken, in particular, is unmatched by many other butcher shops I’ve tried. I also love that they carry a high quality duck breast and offer ground chicken, too.

I actually tried another butcher first, but the experience there completely turned me off. Came here instead and was so glad I did—friendly service, super fresh selection, and I left with some great product! Will definitely be back.
