Been buying here for years but I think quality is inconsistent lately. The ground beef today definitely seemed too old and on the verge of spoiling to sell. In general, their stuff needs to be cooked asap.

I have been purchasing meets from La Boucharie for a number of years now. I will be reviewing my purchases throughout the summer.
