    Absolutely horrible customer service. The supervisors are rude and are not professional.

    Very poor customer service, poor management, stressful environments, and customer service issues. Tellers and supervisors. Very rude.

    No sense of urgency or problem solving approach. As a customer it feels like you have to have your own background understanding of how their system works and present your own solutions as suggestions for any action to be taken.
