Nice and always helpful. Agree they hire differently abled folks. The owners seem to be no nonsense but in no way are they rude. Last time I bought some silicone sealer and caulk gun she made sure I knew what I was doing.

Incredibly helpful staff. After dealing with a very low quality bit from Canadian Tire, the staff here helped me find a higher quality bit which actually cost much less than the one I got from elsewhere, and it actually managed to complete the job.
