Dollarama, a popular discount store, offers a wide variety of items at affordable prices. The store is generally well-organized, with a helpful staff, though some employees may not speak fluent English. Customers appreciate the extensive selection and the ability to find good deals, often better than at grocery stores. However, the store has a strict no-exchange policy, even for unopened or defective items, which can be frustrating. Additionally, some customers have noticed a gradual increase in prices over time. Overall, Dollarama provides a convenient and budget-friendly shopping experience for the local community.
Insulting as a customer and concerning as a shareholder to ask to be checked out by a human and a female employee refuses, stands there, and tells you to use the machines and just watches you do it with her arms folded.
