I usually don’t have good experiences in H&M stores but this location was wonderful! The workers were mostly nice, especially the young Filipina looking lady with brown hair and nose piercings. She assisted me in finding a size and was very nice!

You can find a better deal for certain 100% cotton, adult bucket hats here than at other stores (Tip: don't just look at one gender category)! Sadly, none of them had straps. You're gonna have to try to sew them.

I would like to thank Ruth , the lady who served the fitting room at time of my visit. She was very patient to my questions and always showed a genuine smile. Excellent customer service.
