They provide great suggestions, help with returns, online orders, and finding the perfect sizes, and can arrange free express shipping. The experience is positive and easy. The store is clearly aimed at teenagers, with most customers being females between the ages of 13 and 20. Although it carries men’s clothing, there are hardly any male customers.

I came in because I saw the cutest tank top, and I have to say Mariz is amazing. She was so polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. I was so grateful to have met her.
She and her colleague made the experience so refreshing no pressure, just great service and a wonderful sense of style. You both are stars. Never change!💫

I visited this location with my granddaughter today at about 5:30 PM, I was assisted by a lovely young lady named Tiffany. she carefully helped me and my granddaughter find what we were looking for, she showed exemplary customer service, and was super sweet and helping!😊
