“Gabriella and Dylan were absolutely fantastic. Made us feel welcome, and talked to us like we’d been friend for ages!! The best place to come for drinks, great food, and a warm, welcoming environment if you’re in the area.”
“Was here for work and could not believe how nice the rooms were (and I’ve traveled a lot). Everyone was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Hotel has an indoor pool and sauna which I was too busy to see but was impressed that was available (along with a gym). Their is a great cafe on one side and a formal restaurant on the other (both connected to the hotel). I don’t typically write hotel reviews but wanted to be sure to give them a shout out, the heated bathroom floors alone deserve a 10/10”

“The high tea at this hotel is amazing! Their selection of teas is magnificent and the decor is beautiful. Our waiter was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. I had a great birthday dinner!”
“The hotel is close to everything the bed is very comfortable and the rooms are spacious although cold at night it was fine I usually sleep with a fan on the location is right by the subway to get to places and we discovered places we liked too the bathroom also was amazing some hotels we have experienced have very tight bathrooms and feels claustrophobic we appreciate the hotel staff especially front desk and the manager we talked to on Sunday both very friendly and helpful and very accommodating to your requests will be back for my birthday in February”
“I'm giving this place 5 stars, not because it's a 5 star hotel, but because when you compare it to a homeless shelter like Seaton House, this hotel looks a lot better. If you're a normal person, visiting the city, DON'T STAY HERE, this is not the place for you. This hotel is for the homeless, escorts & drug addicts. It's not meant for tourists or anyone who owns or rents a place to live. This is for people who are in dire situations in life & would rather pay a cheap price for a private room & a warm bed, instead of going to a homeless shelter”
“Our stay at the Broadview was very special. My new wife and I arrived, directly from a short afternoon reception and were greeted warmly and excitedly. The wonderful concierge who attended to us kindly upgraded our room in honor of our nuptials and offered the basic info. We went to our room, dropped our belongings off, and went to the record library where we grabbed a Steve Earle album, The Stooges' Fun House, and a Cyndi Lauper LP. The Cyndi was perfect for the afternoon, The Stooges for late at night, and the Steve Earle hit in the morning.
The room was quite cute and had a small and sunny balcony area.
When we returned in the evening after dinner and drinks with friends, we asked for a later check out which the said they could accommodate for a fee which we agreed to. Upon coming downstairs the next morning, the wonderful concierge (I believe her name was Isha?) had kindly waived the fee in honor of our marriage! How kind!!!! Thank you!
We also ate breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor. The food and service were excellent. Highly recommend the pancake. We were lucky enough to enjoy a sunny morning during this otherwise rather gray spring and it was quite delightful. The staff attended to us well.
Many thanks to the kind people that helped us make our first hotel visit as a married couple special!”
