“We had our wedding at Hotel Ocho and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish, and the entire team made our wedding day feel effortless. Working with Rish throughout the planning process was such a pleasure. They were easy to communicate with, accommodating, and made everything leading up to the wedding feel stress free. On the day of the wedding, Chris, Rish, and the entire team were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly attentive, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy our day. The hotel itself was also perfect for our wedding. The rooms were spacious and gave us plenty of room to get ready, which was especially nice with the wedding party. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and having everyone stay onsite made the whole experience so convenient. We’re so grateful to the entire Hotel Ocho team for helping make our wedding day so special. We would highly recommend Hotel Ocho to anyone looking for a beautiful, intimate venue with an amazing team!”

“The service staff are great. My issue was with the catering manager. We were there for a wedding and honestly he was rude and ignorant. Accusing us of living, we were not and as helpful as nothing. Stay at the property but stay away from event manager he is a piece of work.”

“Very good experience Our ice machine didnt work on our floor but it was easy enough to grab some from another floor. Plus my hubby kept going to grab candy from the vending machine on 3rd so he did refills! Nespresso in the rooms was nice. Room was clean and well stocked. Heads up!!! You don't get validated parking, you get a Qcode and prepay to leave the parking lot. We tried to get an early check in and got a run around. We finally got denied but could still park early so that was fine. Overall, very nice stay.”

“I'm giving this place 5 stars, not because it's a 5 star hotel, but because when you compare it to a homeless shelter like Seaton House, this hotel looks a lot better. If you're a normal person, visiting the city, DON'T STAY HERE, this is not the place for you. This hotel is for the homeless, escorts & drug addicts. It's not meant for tourists or anyone who owns or rents a place to live. This is for people who are in dire situations in life & would rather pay a cheap price for a private room & a warm bed, instead of going to a homeless shelter”
