The service staff are great. My issue was with the catering manager. We were there for a wedding and honestly he was rude and ignorant. Accusing us of living, we were not and as helpful as nothing. Stay at the property but stay away from event manager he is a piece of work.

Can't even say enough about the beautiful, moody old world charm that is the Windsor Arms Hotel! Unreal location, heart of downtown yet perfectly tucked away. Service from Carole and Peter were warm, kind and attentive! A literal dream room in a corner suite! Simply fabulous!

Went for the TIFF theme afternoon tea for my boyfriend’s birthday at the Windsor arms hotel and had an amazing experience! The ambiance in the tearoom is nice and elegant and the food were delicious. Our server David was absolutely delightful and really took care of us.
