“I had to take some time to write about Muhammed Islam at 745 Danforth. His sales style is assertive and direct, but once you get used to it, you'll understand that he cares and really knows a lot about the in-store products. He sold my wife and I a couple of pillows, and went out of his way to make sure we were informed and got what we needed. He was also willing to go out of his way to accommodate customer needs. I felt supported throughout the process and truly felt that he was putting our customer experience at the forefront. Thank you so much! Will return for future bedding needs.”

“I had a very positive customer service experience a few days ago at the Sleep Country store in Bloor West Village. Five years ago I purchased a high quality mattress cover from this store that had a 10 year warantee. Recently the underside of the mattress cover started to peel away on one side. I went into the store and was directed to call Sleep Country customer service. I did and spoke to Daniella who was most helpful. She said the company no longer carries the same brand of mattress cover, but if I went into the store and brought in the damaged mattress cover, I would be given a new, comparable one free of charge. I did this and everything went smoothly. In fact the whole experience exceeding my expectations. I also want to give a special shout out to Mike who works in the Bloor West store as he was extremely helpful. I have dealt with Mike before and he is great!”

“Purchasing my Tempur-pedic bed was the best decision. The sales representative Anjum was very knowledgeable and at no time did I feel any sales pressure. He described the advantages of the Tempur Ergo Smart and left me to make my decision. “We went here recently to look at sofa for our basement. We had been looking for something that would fit down our stairs easily. After looking around we saw 1 and the price was great, marked down to just over $500. The sales person then pointed out it came in small sections. We bought it on the spot. It was delivered today and the delivery guys were awesome! It was easy to assemble and comfortable. We will be back when we need more furniture.”

“First of all the sales rep Emad was amazing and gave great advice without any pressure. He was awesome! I previously bought a fur mattress from a different company because I thought that would give me more back support. Instead, what I got was chronic shoulder and hip issues because I’m a side sleeper. This mattress was recommended to me because it had more firmness in the hip area unless around the shoulders, which was perfect for a side sleeper. It’s been about two months now and this mattress is incredibly supportive even though it’s very thin. 10 out of 10 this mattress is awesome. Has made my life a lot easier.”

“Yesterday I had the most amazing customer service experience here. I had ordered a mattress set to replace the set in the guest suit in the condo building i manage, Mike the guy i delt with said i could have it the next day and came as promised. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, I called Mike all on a panic figuring nothing could be done but I was wrong.
Mike sad he could be there to exchange the set with in 1 hour i was amazed to say the least. So as promised the set was delivered the the guest was extatic at the new bed.So thank you Mike and thank you Queensway you saved my but and you have a customer for life.
