But only at this specific The Brick location are you greeted right away at the door with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always ran into Patience and worked with her but today, Patience was not there and I was still able to get the same excellent shopping experience with Antoinette. Kudos to the human resources department for hiring such dedicated and friendly professionals. Kudos to the store manager who most likely treats his staff with respect and ensures proper etiquette in his store. ? I have been shopping here for over 10 years and will definitely be back!”

While waiting I saw a couch on clearance and asked for som info on it. She didn’t case me around the store ! No pressure , she just let me sell myself. Great experience ! She set up home delivery for me and I received the table only 2 days later!
