“TLDR: Immaculate customer service and patient support, if you’re not getting prescriptions filled here, you should be.
I called in to get information on how to treat a migraine. The pharmacist talked me through all the treatment options and provided recommendations for me. He then checked in on me that evening to see if the treatment worked even though I wasn’t a customer!
Having since transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy (which was completed with 1 easy, no hassle text message with my information) the service continues to be just as phenomenal. Same day prescriptions filled out and delivered to my building. No fuss. Easy online payments.
I didn’t realize this was the type of experience a pharmacy could provide. Would recommend 11/10.”

I got a compounded prescription filled here and was able to talk to the pharmacist about what my specific needs were. I feel like she really listened and met my needs. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but I will definitely be going back.”

“First off I come all the way from Pickering to see the people at this pharmacy and support them. They've been around for 51 years! So you know they're doing something right.I have been coming here for over 4 years now. Samir has become such a familiar face to me because consistency is one of the most important values for a pharmacy. Not only do they work fast and with short notice at times, but on occasion they have even delivered when it was most needed.
I think good businesses find ways to show their customers that they're appreciated...
I walked in today and there was a double espresso waiting for me.
They understand how to deal with people from any income level and treat everyone with the upmost respect.
I will keep coming from Pickering to see these guys once a month because there's no other pharmacy like this. Ten stars for me. Also they have renovated recently.”

“I initially went into City Pharmacy because they had the latest COVID shot which I needed it as I was travelling and my two bouts of COVID had been the result of travel. Pierre mentioned that he does travel health consulting and vaccine review so I was very happy to have this service close to home. He thoroughly researched every area I was travelling to in Eastern Africa, showed me maps, gave me information and made recommendations on required vaccines and those, not required, but which would limit the possibility of getting sick.
He is incredibly kind and helpful, as are the staff at the pharmacy. Not many places left like this!”

We also had a Covid test done here before we flew to the US. Price was very reasonable.Yes the door is locked for security, but she does let you inquickly and get you seated. I have no issues with wearing a mask for the short time we are there.PS. I had the flu shot here yesterday because Shopper's Drug did not have the high test vacine. Painless and no after effects. “I absolutely adore this pharmacy and its wonderful owners Heba and Mohamed. I’ve been getting prescriptions filled here for many years and they are always fast, professional, thorough, and caring. They go the extra mile and then some - not just delivering medications for me, but calling about renewals, sending snacks and treats, and even birthday cards. I’ve had two surgeries in the past year and both times I needed a friend or family member to pick up my prescriptions, they came back expressing how incredible my pharmacists are and how they wish theirs were half as good. I wish there was a rating beyond 5 stars!”

“The consistent 5 star ratings from other reviewers is truly reflective of the great service I received. Kumail is very professional, friendly and accommodating to my short notice booking. I came here for a yellow fever travel vaccine which was at a competitive rate compared to other clinics. The pharmacy front is facing Charles St W (and not at the residential condo entrance, which I went in to accidentally) I would visit here again for future vaccine/medical needs. Highly recommended!”
