“First off I come all the way from Pickering to see the people at this pharmacy and support them. They've been around for 51 years! So you know they're doing something right.I have been coming here for over 4 years now. Samir has become such a familiar face to me because consistency is one of the most important values for a pharmacy. Not only do they work fast and with short notice at times, but on occasion they have even delivered when it was most needed.
I think good businesses find ways to show their customers that they're appreciated...
I walked in today and there was a double espresso waiting for me.
They understand how to deal with people from any income level and treat everyone with the upmost respect.

“I initially went into City Pharmacy because they had the latest COVID shot which I needed it as I was travelling and my two bouts of COVID had been the result of travel. Pierre mentioned that he does travel health consulting and vaccine review so I was very happy to have this service close to home. He thoroughly researched every area I was travelling to in Eastern Africa, showed me maps, gave me information and made recommendations on required vaccines and those, not required, but which would limit the possibility of getting sick.
He is incredibly kind and helpful, as are the staff at the pharmacy. Not many places left like this!”

We also had a Covid test done here before we flew to the US. Price was very reasonable.Yes the door is locked for security, but she does let you inquickly and get you seated. I have no issues with wearing a mask for the short time we are there.PS. I had the flu shot here yesterday because Shopper's Drug did not have the high test vacine. Painless and no after effects. “The consistent 5 star ratings from other reviewers is truly reflective of the great service I received. Kumail is very professional, friendly and accommodating to my short notice booking. I came here for a yellow fever travel vaccine which was at a competitive rate compared to other clinics. The pharmacy front is facing Charles St W (and not at the residential condo entrance, which I went in to accidentally) I would visit here again for future vaccine/medical needs. Highly recommended!”
