Valerie the manager is a rude and condescending woman. I wouldn’t bank at this branch again. I hope RBC looks into replacing this awful person. Simply unwilling to be help customers.

Herbert was incredibly nice and helpful. I came to the branch today to do a wire, and he made the whole process simple and fast, and he gave me a lot of valuable advice. I’m very glad there is such a knowledgeable advisor in the branch, and the fact that I came to him today. THANK YOU HERBERT!
