    Good rbc location came to use my new debit card. Both workers were polite and helpful.

    i gave it a 5 just bcuz its a bank & its open & that seems 2b a major accomplishment these days. BUT, i have been afraid to go in there for about 15years, there is 1 super mean teller, and the others arent much better. HOWEVER it is a big ugly city & their job no doubt sucks, so i gave them 5 stars.
