About TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
The TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM on Dupont is consistently praised for its exceptional service and amazing, caring staff. Customers highlight outstanding professionalism, patience, and clear guidance from the team. The tellers and financial advisors are described as attentive, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to client care, with one noting the branch manager personally assists at the teller line. Many report only positive experiences, appreciating that the branch offers appointments after 5pm.
Practical pros include easily accessible ATMs, short wait times of about five minutes due to many employees, and a convenient location just a one-minute walk from the 26 bus stop. An Amazon locker is available inside for package pickups. A noted con is that homeless individuals often sleep in front of the ATMs late at night, which can make it feel unsafe to withdraw or deposit money during those hours. Overall, customers love the branch's team and energy, with one stating they couldn't be happier.

After being dismissed at another branch, the team at this branch took me seriously and helped me with an estate settlement issue. They were kind, attentive, and did what they needed to do to help a grieving daughter through the process. Much thanks to Lana and the rest of the team here!
