About Rogers
The Rogers store at Yonge St - Dundas Ave in Toronto provides cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, and mobile plans on a reliable 5G network, with options to bundle internet, TV, and home security for savings. Customer experiences vary by location. The Eaton Centre booth and kiosk receive consistent praise for phenomenal, outstanding, and great service from staff described as knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, patient, super attentive, and detail-oriented, leading to very pleased and extremely satisfied customers who feel they got the best deal. The standalone store, however, was noted as nowhere near that good in terms of experience. Staff at the booth are commended for taking extra steps to resolve issues.

Ashiq inside Eaton centre was able to do the impossible and help us move our address/Wifi when the ground level rogers refused to help and we were unable to get support online or over the phone after calling for a week. Give this man a raise!
