“Customer service and workman ship is the best I experienced for an alignment. Prices are very good. Got an alignment done at another shop 2 days prior. The previous shop made the pull even worse. I came here and gave them a quick backstory. I was given a spot to wait right away. The technician resolved the issue, I went for a quick drive and there was still some pull. The people did not whine and cry , just being reasonable asked if I have some time because another car was already in the bay. In about 30 mins my car was returned, driving better than before. I highly recommend them for alignment and tire needs. Very professional and competent team. I just read some of the other reviews , it is true really competent and friendly team here.”
“These guys really understand how to help and treat a customer. They have customer service down pat. Went in for winter tires and they talked me through all the options. Purchased the tires and they mounted them on my rims. If I had to use only one word to describe Dufferin Tire, I would say trust. I trust what they say and trust the work they do.”

“I had a flat tire and needed to get to work quickly. Within 15 minutes the situation had been assessed, the hole plugged and I was on my way. The battery on my key fob was also replaced thx to Katie's efforts. Somewhere along the way the air tag on my key chain fell off and although we could see that it was there, I still couldn't find it. I got a phone call a few hours that it had been discovered under some snow! Thanks for going to extra mile everyone. I have been spreading your goodness ever since.”

“We’re from Michigan and got a flat on the way home. We stopped here and they were quickly able to diagnose the flat. Unfortunately, the rim was cracked and there wasn’t anything they could do but they did double check our spare was on good, had air, and was safe to drive 5 hours home on. They did not charge us for any of this. Very helpful and friendly! We’d be back if we lived here and recommend.”

The entire process took only 3 hours — from placing my run-flat tire order in the morning, to delivery at Advanced Tirecraft (from tire warehouse depot in Toronto), and finally installation with balancing. Superb service and efficiency at a reasonable price!
