“I dealt with Arya at Nexcar auto sales and thought that we had got lucky and found the vehicle for us. We were made to feel very much at ease being told if anything came up feel free to come by and it would be dealt with. We got the extended warranty, also paid cash on the spot. I was a bit shocked that he had charged 50 bucks for the gas, a little over quarter tank. Four months after leaving the lot, on my bday serious issues light up on screen. I call Nexcar, and speak to Arya the guy who came across in a manner that seemed so decent at that time, what a difference 4 months made. Rude, not helpful, and when I suggested I bring it there to the place that did all the work to make it road ready which seemed logical as they were most familiar with it. I was told that he would charge me 120 cash for the diagnostic that was covered under the warranty he sold us! I went to a place that takes our warranty package, yet still cannot get them to address the problem. To anyone out there who doesn't have 20k to just throw out there and hope for the best....get your next car somewhere other than that place. Had hoped to have great things to tell people...I guess a warning is better than making the same error I made.”

“After a car accident I was struggling to find a good, safe car within a tight budget. I am an anxious driver and had a wish list of features I was hoping for, to minimize my driving anxiety. I visited a few lots and was disappointed. A google search for highly rated and recommended lots directed me to Logan Motors, which happened to be conveniently located near my workplace. My first meeting with John exceeded my expectations. I visited a few times and had the pleasure of being hosted by both Chris and John who ensured that I test drove the vehicles that are best suited to my needs. They each remembered what my concerns and needs were, and with their support, I ended up choosing a vehicle that I am delighted with and that makes me feel safe. I am starting to find driving enjoyable again. The vehicles at Logan Motors are in pristine condition inside and out and they have repaired known weak points in their vehicles.
