Value Village operates over 300 locations and has 20,000 employees. The Value Village store on Queen St in Toronto is considered a smaller, cuter shop compared to their larger locations. It seems to retain its staff, which makes customers feel good about shopping there. While it may take a couple of visits to find something you like, the store offers a mix of new items and vintage finds. Prices could be a bit better since the products are donated, but the store is clean and well-organized. Seniors aged 60 and above can enjoy a 30% discount on Tuesdays, although the store tends to be crowded on those days. The store also has a helpful donation center in the back, and customers who donate can receive a 20% coupon that is valid until December 2026.
