Their Rethink Reuse® business model of purchasing, reselling and recycling gives communities a smart way to shop and keeps more than 700 million pounds of used goods from landfills each year. They also help more than 100 nonprofit organizations by purchasing donated goods from them, which provides a source of revenue to help supports their vital community programs and services. Value Village operates over 300 locations and has 20,000 employees. The Value Village store on Queen St in Toronto is considered a smaller, cuter shop compared to their larger locations. It seems to retain its staff, which makes customers feel good about shopping there. While it may take a couple of visits to find something you like, the store offers a mix of new items and vintage finds. Prices could be a bit better since the products are donated, but the store is clean and well-organized. Seniors aged 60 and above can enjoy a 30% discount on Tuesdays, although the store tends to be crowded on those days. The store also has a helpful donation center in the back, and customers who donate can receive a 20% coupon that is valid until December 2026.
Absolutely love this place.. I have a brand I love.. They always have it bought a beautiful red shirt.. I found the same one in black I was so happy like really really happy.

This place is a daily visit for me. It's amazing what people decide to donate, I've found unbelievable treasures. It's becoming a bit of obsession. I only wish they had change rooms, the visual can be disturbing. That why I keep my eyes to the floor
