The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful.
They have everything that you need from tables, to chairs, to pillows, mirrors, dressers and so much more.
Definitely consider visiting, the quality is very high-end and all the Crafts Manship is done by highly skilled individuals.
The furniture and other items here will last a life-time as well.

I got them delivered (reasonable fee) and in each instance, the guys who delivered set the chair up, tested it, then left with all the debris. “My recent experience with HCD Furniture was nothing less than stellar. This amazing retailer of mid-century modern furniture and decor in downtown Toronto, has something for almost every taste. But I was not looking for variety. I was seeking a specific dining table and chairs.
New to Toronto, I do much of my research for products online; and while I soon found the perfect table and chairs, I was hard-pressed to find any retailer who was actually able to show me the item in person...in their store or showroom. While that is apparently typical in today's electronic world, I was not about to purchase an item for my newly-curated Yorkville condo without seeing it first. And since I am a petite woman, I had to make certain that any chairs I bought were comfortable for someone of my size.
Trust me...I spoke to many, many retailers who were unable or unwilling to accommodate my very basic needs, but that's before I met Simran and Aroon of HCD.
They immediately rallied and set me up to visit one of their suppliers' nearby showroom where I could see the table; and Simran, also a small woman, personally carried several chairs up and down the stair to the main floor of their Queen Street store for me to try.
As you might have guessed, I am all about customer service. And HCD brought new meaning to basic things that really ought to be part of every retail experience; namely, diverse inventory, timely responses to customer questions, fair pricing, professionalism and human warmth. The internet can be an very impersonal place, but HCD has not forgotten the importance of human interaction, and that is what has prompted me to write this review.
HCD and everyone with whom I dealt, deserve to be known!
And yes, I bought the table and chairs!
When it came to delivery and assembly of the table, HCD once again made a very positive impression. Delivery was on time and the assembly team were fantastic: respectful of my condo, neat beyond my expectations and if possible, as fussy as I am!
You can see the table in situ in the attached photos, but most of all, you can do yourself a favor and turn to HCD Furniture for all of your furniture needs and they will surely become your go-to resource.”

His sales style is assertive and direct, but once you get used to it, you'll understand that he cares and really knows a lot about the in-store products. He sold my wife and I a couple of pillows, and went out of his way to make sure we were informed and got what we needed. He was also willing to go out of his way to accommodate customer needs. We can’t say enough about the staff and how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful they are, especially Damian.
We renovated one bathroom last spring and ordered a vanity that was too large. The guys were great and quickly exchanged it for another one. This year we decided to reno our second bathroom and headed straight to Tanya’s. Again, we were very very satisfied.
