“I visited RDV in July23 and shown my interest to purchase a Rolex for my wife. I left my interest on a particular model in two tone.I was expecting to receive it may be in a year time or so but to my surprise, I received a call last week which is just 2 months that there is a piece available. It was exactly the same model I selected. This was unreal looking at the high demands and long waits.
Well I would like to thank Alekdandra for making this whole process so smooth starting from attending me in July 23 , showing various models and until delivery of my recent purchase. “When I first entered the store, I have to admit that I felt a bit disappointed. After we walked in, a sales associate initially approached us to offer assistance, but he was stopped by a lady at the entrance, who told us that we could just look around by ourselves. From my understanding, the store usually operates on a one-on-one service model.
That being said, I would still like to sincerely thank Jennifer. Once she began assisting us, she demonstrated a very professional, patient, and welcoming attitude. She took the time to understand our needs, answered our questions thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. There was a small issue during payment, but she remained calm and patient, waiting us resolve it without showing any frustration.
In addition, she carefully explained the product care instructions and provided detailed information about after-sales services, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. When we later returned to the store to pick up the item, the experience was smooth and very satisfying.
Overall, despite the slightly disappointing start, Jennifer’s professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness truly made a positive impression. “Because I couldn't transfer the music files from my old PC computer to my iPhone I had to ask Apple customer service for help.
I made the first call today, and the customer agent asked me all the questions and asked me to wait, but He was hung up in the end after long wait.
The second call was from a female customer agent. After asking the questions, she said she would transfer the call to someone else to help me, but she was hung up in the end after I wait for long time.
The third call was from a customer agent named Nove located in Manitoba. He told me what to do step by step patiently and methodically. Of course, he spent a lot of time and effort to finally find a solution and finally helped me solve the problem.
First of all, I strongly disagree with the irresponsibility of the previous two customer agent.
I would like to thank Nove for his responsibility and hard work in completing the task and helping me solve the problem I urgently wanted to solve. Thank you so much Nove. In addition, I sincerely hope that the upper lever management will reward such a responsible and diligent employee. Thank you!

“TL:DR -- experience was great 10/10, would remarry just to buy another ring with them.
I went there to design an engagement ring and they helped me tremendously with the process. They gave me pointers and explain some techniques that I never knew about that would make sense to add the the ring. They took their time and I felt very comfortable asking questions about the process.
I initially told them I did not need the ring rushed but some of my plans changed and they were able to rush the ring and get done in time.
The ring, of course, came out absolutely beautiful.”
