“We can't say enough about the amazing guys at Trenton Tirecraft!! We were visiting Trenton and on our way home we had a flat tire. They offered to take a look at the tire right away. Unfortunately, the wheel locking key was missing from our vehicle so there was no way they could remove the tire to patch the hole. Instead, they were able to plug the hole which enabled us to be safely on our way home to Kingston. Not only did they provide help to us when we needed it, they didn't charge us because they weren't able to provide a full service repair!! We are so grateful that we have paid it forward by making a donation to our local food bank in recognition of their good deed.”
“Our family (with a 1year old baby) were on a trip from Ottawa to Toronto return in same day. Our battery died in our truck on a Saturday afternoon. When we contacted Mays garage, Jason, a mechanic answered and no hesitation. Told us if we brought a new battery he would change it so we could be on our way. He changed the battery, checked to make sure alternator and everything else was running fine.
Down to earth and considerate. Much appreciated. Rare to find people like this these days.”

“My fiance and I were travelling from Toronto to Ottawa one Monday evening when the alternator belt let go on on our Jetta. When the belt let go we were about 2 minutes from the Trenton OnRoute so we pulled over to figure out what was going on. This happened at 2am. We were just outside the CAA tow range so we couldnt get a tow anywhere, and everyone we knew couldnt help us because it was the middle of the night. We used google to Forge Automotive which was <5 minute drive from the OnRoute. We got there about 3am and slept in the car, hoping they would help us when they opened up. We ended up getting very lucky to have decided to stop at Forge. They saw us sleeping in our car as they arrived to open the shop. They diagnosed the problem, got the part delivered, fixed the car, and got us back on the road all before about 10am. Forge made a very difficult situation easy, and took care of us without question. We are very thankful for this shop and would reccommend to anyone. Very, very helpful shop if you come into car trouble on the 401, they are located very close to the highway. Thanks again for the help Forge!”

“I love these guys. They are awesome! I woke up to a completely dead car and I phoned 4 different places in the area, all of which told me it would be at least a week to 10 days before they could even look at my car as they are so busy. I phoned these guys up feeling so defeated and they were very friendly, told me to bring it in then they’ll get to it as soon as they’re able to. Lo in behold by closing time my car is finished and the battery is replaced. My car is good as new again. Amazing service and friendly staff. I will be back again!”

“Couldn’t ask for better service! I got a puncture in my tire on the highway home from Kingston, and pulled off at the nearest exit (Trenton), making it to a nearby gas station before the tire was fully deflated. I contacted Action and their friendly staff came out, filled my tire enough to get me to the shop, plugged the leak and inspected the tire immediately. Great price for the service and I was on my way within the hour. Would recommend their tire services to anybody, and the staff was very kind and generous!”
