“Great gym, great staff, super clean. I want to give it 5 stars the only issues I have is it can be a bit cramped at times, and with it being a smaller gym there isn't a huge variety of equipment but they have made a considerable effort to get a good variety and some things I haven't seen in bigger commercial gyms. The side room with mats and a separate smaller set of dumbbells is also a nice touch a good spot to abs or cardio, or stretching and warm up before starting a workout. Overall awesome gym glad to be there, just wish it was a little bigger.”

“Quad Fit set me up with a 3-D machine to take a photo and measurements of my whole body when I first started. Then, with Mahtab’s help, I learned about the Electronic Muscle Stimulation pads that can be placed on my muscles to make them work more. Mahtab also found me two awesome trainers. I was with the beautiful Mahtan for a couple of weeks and now I’ve been with Shirin about 2 and a half months. She’s smart, fun, and caring. She not only provides me with a great workout that continues to get harder and never repeats, she also knows how to work with people my age. Shirin then introduced me to Dr Abazar. So now, I’ve lost over 17 cm around my waist. And lots more around other areas. Inside my body, I’ve reduced the percent of fat, increased the amount of muscle and the percent of water. Quad Fit is really a club because all these professionals, and others, are supporting me, while I’m listening to great music. Parking is free. The location is easy to find. Yes, clearly, I love this place and cannot recommend the staff highly enough!!”

What I really appreciated was how she pushed me just enough — at one point I was ready to back off on the treadmill, and with just a quick 30s warning from her, I actually pushed harder and surprised myself.

Staff Ghazal is super friendly and attentive. She showed me around and answered all my questions with explanation. And provided me a thorough and caring personal training plan based on my personal need. I had such a good impression from Ghazal and decided to join the membership. Now it has been a month, I felt happy and more energetic after regular exercise at Goodlife fitness. My sleeping quality is improving. Personally, I like Finch site better. People here are nice, warm, and friendly. 3 hours free parking is convenient for gym goers.”

I was initially intimidated, but after 5 seconds the staff made me feel secure and welcome, after the tour, I was in. Even though I’ve been doing strength training for ten years, I couldn’t do pull-ups or chin-ups with my bodyweight without assistance before. Now, I can easily do several reps on my own.
