“One Life Meals is a very reliable meal delivery service. I personally like the weight loss level 3 plan-it works for me! At some point, one does get tired of eating chicken, but the stuffed beef zucchini boats and white fish with dill sauce and green beans are my favorites.”

“If organics is your thing, it’s worth the visit.Whoa… this place is super cool to walk through. This was my first time, and I was sufficiently blown away. Shelves and shelves lined with organics. And organization every possible category. Much more than I’ve seen just about anywhere else.All kinds of produce here, including a variety of oranges rarely seen at other organic grocers. Maybe it was my timing, but some produce locally looked a little tired- hence 4 out of 5 stars.But don’t let that stop you— you’re going to find lots of things here to fill your basket!”
“I visited the store today and had a very pleasant experience. The offerings are geared towards low carb/keto diets and I found everything I needed. Shelves are sparse but I imagine that's likely due to recently reopening (covid). The shop owner (i think) was very sweet and gave me numerous samples to try. Loblaws has started to sell some of the same products but I'd much rather support a local business. Prices are fair as well :)”
“Inside Eglinton Square is a natural foods store. A friend recommended that I check out this place for a product he recommended. Well, I finally got here today and inquired from the store owner if he had any Ginkgo Biloba? There was a pill form ($16.99 for 120 capsules of 400mg dosage) and a liquid version ($19.99 for 120ml bottle taken in 5ml dosage but it was 5000mg active ingredients per 5ml; WOW!!! Capsules are more convenient but the liquid was 10x more potent for 24 dosages. Yes, I going to start with 1ml liquid and go from there. The store sells books, drinks, protein powders, teas, snacks, aroma dispersers, and food billed as natural products. It's up to each consumer to read the product labels because it's not necessarily Health Canada regulated and health benefit claims from each item may be a stretch. Be self aware! There are enough choices and prices seem competitive so I plan to return.”

“I've been going here for years!!! (Over 15 years!!!) This is the best popcorn and I can't find any other place that makes popcorn like them. It's Hong Kong style and tastes like honey. Its not sweet like caramel, but it the honey sweet taste. It's crunchy and super good. I always buy it in the bucket size!!!! The popcorn stays crunchy a few days after if you store it properly. This is my hidden gem for best popcorn!!! They also sell soya products which is great as well! They make it in house and it's way better than any supermarket bought ones. You must try the popcorn here!”
