I waited two years to write this review to show the service is outstanding throughout the years. It must be noted in addition to our purchase, my parents furniture and late Grandmother’s furniture especially couches are good as new over the decade and decades.

“I purchased a sofa, bed, TV stand along with a white dining table set from this location. An employee, by the name of Makayla went above and beyond in helping me choose the appropriate furniture to fill for my new apartment. She was kind, diligent, and cooperative which was a reason I felt comfortable in these purchases. Could you please pass my greetings along to her? The other employees who I cannot name from the top of my head, were also capable in answering any questions I may of had. The store produces very good employees. Would recommend to anyone shopping for home hardware and accessories to visit this location.
One recommendation, I have is instead of having to hire a private assembler, it would be awesome if JYSK had their own repair guys that could assemble products at a reasonable price. It is because others asked for a price that was unreasonable.”

Within an hour of writing the below review, I received a call from Jatinder who took complete ownership of the issue and promised to set it right. Just a few hours later, the pillows were delivered to me in person by Mohammed. The level of service I received today explains the ratings GRV has. I just wish I did not have to go through all the trouble to get here. Thanks to Jatinder who was extremely honest providing a detailed explanation for the delay and closing an issue which was open for 4 months in hardly 4 hours. I am tempted to change my rating to 4 given all the hassle I had to go through but I will throw in an additional star just for Jatinder.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered a sofa set which got delivered to me in June in a poor condition. The pillows were extremely dirty and the sofa also had many stains and a chipped leg.
After several calls and emails, they said they would give a $100 store credit as they cannot find a technician to come fix their error. And this is for a $2500 sofa and 3 weeks after delivery!!!Once I rejected this 'deal' they took another 3 weeks to finally send a couple of people who brought some fabric cleaners to remove the stains and a marker to fix the chipped wood. In addition they took the pillows with them saying it's too dirty to clean and they ll replace it which I appreciated.
It's been over 2.5 months since they took the pillows and till date I have followed up with them hundreds of times only for them to say they are not finding people to deliver it. I have had the associate every week promising me that it will delivered at the end of the week and if not he will deliver it in person!!
My tip for anyone shopping here is, please do not pay the full amount due until you receive all the goods you have ordered. Once you have paid them, there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered in full. I made this mistake and have been waiting for 4 months now and still have not received my full order.”

“WOW...what an amazing non-pressure experience I had!
After making 3 frustrating visits to Big Box stores, I visited this particular location. I was immediately greeted by Alex with a warm, personable welcome and a helpful attitude. Alex was extremely patient and listened to what I was looking for and he showed me some different varieties at different price points, after explaining the differences between each model. He then left me to test out my choices which was narrowed down to two. While testing the beds, he gave me a pillow of my choice (with a protector) and went about his business. I didn't feel pressured at all and could ask questions during his periodic check-ins. After quite some time, Alex told me that he didn't want me making a decision on that visit as he could tell that I was not 100% sure, even though they have a stress-free 100 day exchange policy. He told me to come back whenever I was ready. I knew right away that I would be spending my money at this store. I arrived 2 days later (today), and again spent quite a lot of time before coming to my decision. Everything was explained to me and there were no hidden costs. During this visit, I also had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, who was just as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If you're ready for a new mattress, this location has all types, price points, and options and you will not feel pressured at all! Definitely, my go-to place now! Alex, thanks so much for making my experience at your store so enjoyable!”
