The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help. During my most recent visit, I finally remembered to ask the name of the associate who helped me. Shahriar was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. His excellent customer service made the shopping experience even better.

“Accidentally the security tag was left on my coat and I live over an hour from this store.
The store manager Jason came up with an excellent solution… he mailed me a new coat without the tag and a return slip for the coat with the tag still on it.

The store has a very stylish and modern feel, and everything is displayed nicely so it’s easy to browse. They always seem to have the latest fashion trends—boots, heels, sneakers, and handbags that match current styles, so it’s a good place if you like staying on trend without spending luxury-brand prices.
The quality is decent for the price point. Some shoes feel really comfortable and well made, especially boots and sneakers, but a few styles (like certain heels) can feel a bit less durable if worn for long hours. It really depends on what you pick.
Service in-store was generally fine and helpful, but not overly personal. Staff were available when needed and helped with sizing, but the experience felt more self-serve unless you asked for assistance.

I asked her for what I was looking for and she took me to the right section. She took the time to help me, then she left to do other things, giving me the time to look on my own.
