“Lots of selection of shoes to pick from, however it is overwhelming with the tight areas. Perhaps need to limit the amount of people within the store at one time to make looking and trying on easier.”

Service in-store was generally fine and helpful, but not overly personal. Staff were available when needed and helped with sizing, but the experience felt more self-serve unless you asked for assistance.

“Today February 20/26 I went to this store looking for a party purse. I was greeted by Sowjanya very nice customer service, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I asked her for what I was looking for and she took me to the right section. She took the time to help me, then she left to do other things, giving me the time to look on my own. Something that I like because I want to have the freedom to choose for what I want. I also had the opportunity to talk to Merry the manager/cashier, also very friendly and pleasant to talk to. At that moment I was just looking but when I find the shoes I am looking for, I will go back for the purse. Thank you ladies for your excellent customer services.”
