“Whilst shopping at Vaughan Mills outlet with family, one of family member happens to lost their mobile phone when shopping today. The chances of finding the mobile phone would of had been very small chance at a large shopping outlet but with a kind Manager who worked at Cole Haan outlet who actually found my family member’s mobile phone on the front of his branch. We managed to speak to him when we were trying to trace back our steps in finding the mobile phone, and then guided us to collect the mobile from his branch.We like to say a big thank you to this Cole Haan outlet branch Manager who helped us out today. We’ve come in a few times during the early Black Friday sales, and regardless of how tired or busy she was, there was always a smile on her face when she greeted us. I want to thank her for treating my parents with such respect and kindness. As for the brand itself, the quality is great and various selection of style and sizes. Their sales and discounts are quite huge as they can be 50-60% off entire store at times.”

“We wanted to avoid the Black Friday madness on the actual day, so we came to shop the day before. There were already many promotions on clothing and footwear.After browsing the footwear aisles, I tried on a few pairs of running shoes, but they didn't fit right. I pulled one last pair from the sale racks along the walls, and these were much better.There were quite a few sales staff roaming around. I didn't require or ask for any assistance, so I'm not sure how helpful they are. There were a few cashiers, so the wait in the checkout line wasn't too bad. The cashiers seemed to be a friendly bunch.”
