“I've had several great experiences at the Maple PetSmart. The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need. Kyle has been an incredible help every time I visit—he's always happy to answer my questions and has given me some great advice that's been really helpful with my dog's training.
One thing I really appreciate is how welcoming the staff are, not just to customers but to the dogs as well. They always greet my dog with a smile, offer free treats, and create such a warm, friendly atmosphere that my dog gets excited every time we walk through the doors. It's clear the team genuinely cares about animals. Highly recommended!”
“This is honestly the best Pet Valu location! Lily is usually very shy and hides in pet stores, but the staff here are always so kind, patient, and welcoming with her. They always make an effort to say hello and offer her treats, which usually wins her over! The customer service is fantastic, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care about animals. “I happened to come across this store at chance and could not have been more happy with the help I received! As an owner of two cats that don’t get along, I’m always on the hunt for new, interesting toys to keep them stimulated. I came in hopes of looking for calming treats and came out with cute new toys and a couple of other items that were on my pet wishlist as well!”
