“We are a specialized store, we have been doing business with PetSave since their representative in Quebec (Mr. Lutchman) contacted our store for 10 years. His industry knowledge and customer service are unmatched in this industry. Delivery is fast and they have very competitive prices.”
“They are always well stocked. Friendly staff. They know there products. I love visiting to buy my dog grooming and pet supplies here on my way home from my son's activities. Keep up the amazing work.”
“I usually shop here for my dogs needs.
I went in specifically as my dog was diagnosed recently for diabetes and needed some advice on diet change. Rachelle and Jenna were most helpful in leading me to the right choices. Very patient as I had a lot of questions being new to this as well being overwhelmed. THANK YOU. I feel I got my clarity 🙏”
“Best pet store around! Stuff is always in stock and staff are very friendly. Some locations even have their own kitties. Feels much more personal than a Pet Smart. You might even be rewarded with a V.I.Pet box too!! My cats and I love this place 😁”
“This store is conveniently located close to my home, so it's the one I visit most often. One of the best things about shopping here is the staff. They are always friendly, attentive, and willing to answer all of my questions. Their excellent customer service makes every visit a pleasant experience, and I always enjoy shopping here.”
