“This pharmacist is caring and kind. I have been working with him for about 10 years now. His prices are reasonable and he takes the time to talk to you. His staff is also kind and service oriented. Just recently, he personally delivered the remaining balance of a prescription to my house. I transferred from Shoppers at Ansley Grove because the pharmacist there was rude, abrupt, and inconsiderate.”

“I just come here because it’s next door to my daughter’s doctor. They charged me extra for something we didn’t have. She was playing with cars but I told her put it back because we literally have so much toys at home.. so I’m not sure if the lady miss heard me but I told her can you charge us for the mentos that she has in her hand. Never said a car. So I gave her another mentos to scan because my daughter wasn’t giving up the mentos LOL. Overall, the medication is ready pretty fast.”

“I had an incredibly positive experience at Rexall Pharmacy and felt compelled to leave a review. I witnessed a team member named Toni providing truly exceptional customer service to a disabled lady, and it was genuinely moving. Toni showed remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout the entire interaction. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and treated the customer with such respect and compassion—never rushed, never dismissive. It was clear that she genuinely cared and went above and beyond to help. In a world where customer service can often feel rushed, Toni’s calm and empathetic approach truly stood out. Employees like her make a huge difference and reflect so positively on Rexall as a company. Thank you, Toni, for setting such a high standard of service. Rexall is very lucky to have you.”
