“I went to Fountain Tire yesterday to have my tires re-torqued, and while there, the technician and I noticed a nail in one of my tires. Unfortunately, the tire couldn’t be repaired and a new one had to be ordered.
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Milan, who was extremely sympathetic and genuinely wanted to help. Despite the busy winter tire season and time constraints, he went above and beyond to assist me.
A big thank you as well to Vishal, the owner, who was exceptional and even treated me to lunch — and to Daniel, who was very kind and helpful whenever I had questions.
I truly recommend this place. The team at Fountain Tire shows real kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. They truly care about their customers!”

“I needed a new dealer in my new area. Extreme was recommended to me by some long time mutual friends. I texted Mike with photos of the measurements of my all terrain tires and asked for a set for my older car. I also asked for a quality but less expensive tire than the Continentals I had. He returned my text within an hour with a couple options and his recommendation which was produced by a company owned by Michelin at a much lower price. We arranged an installation for 2 days later. I received his text that the tires had arrived the next day and I arrived for my appointment the next day. They took my car from the front, they sanded the corrosion from my rims which was causing slow leaks, installed the tires and advised me on the condition of my brakes at my request. We chatted a bit. I payed and left. I also noticed the thousands of sets of neatly stacked sets of tires in storage which represent regular clients. The whole deal went so efficiently, pleasantly and at a great price. The company also recommends tire rotation every 5k km and provides it at no charge. Extremely knowledgeable.”
“I was in desperate need of Runflats which 99% of the places have to order in. Since I had a slow leak in 1 tire and a slash on my back tire it was very dangerous to drive. I called Factory Tire they informed me I could still drive the car there, just avoid potholes, bumps and drive slow. I called in asked for 4 Runflats, had them there in 2 hours 30 minutes later my new tires were on. The price was beyond reasonable and great Customer Service! What an Excellent experience!”

What I appreciate most about him is that he is never trying to oversell me on any product or service, and he always makes sure that I fully understand the problems with my car, as well as the repairs that he is recommending. I have an older vehicle, and as I am approaching the point where it will become more cost-effective for me to stop repairing it and buy a new one, he is actively engaging with me in conducting a cost/benefit and risk analysis each time my vehicle develops a new problem. When I encounter his other customers at his shop, it is clear that they trust him, as well.”

“I suspected that there was a puncture in one of my tires as the pressure kept reducing even after filling it up. I called Richmond Hill Tire to see if I was able to get in today, and they were able to fit me in within 1/2 hr. They inspected the tire and repaired it within 1/2 hr, and at a very reasonable price. I remembered going there many years ago, and the quality of service remained high. I would recommend to friends and family.”

The service I received was excellent. They had my tires in stock and gave me the option to buy a cheaper used brand name or used Michelin.
I didn't have to wait long for my tires to get changed.
I had a query about my old tires, the guy answered it and even walked back out in the cold storm snow to look at the tire and answer my question fully. He also asked me to come back in 4 weeks to make sure that everything was fine with the used tires that they had installed(this was as a result of my questions with my other tires).”

“I ran over a nail today, and unfortunately it completely destroyed my tire. I called Tires Tires Ltd., and they told me to come in right away. They got me in immediately, assessed the damage, and explained that the tire couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced.
Even though I had to buy a new tire, the total cost—including taxes—was surprisingly affordable. The staff were friendly, honest, and had me back on the road in no time. I was extremely satisfied with both the service and the price. I highly recommend Tires Tires Ltd. if you're ever in a bind!”
