“I had such an amazing experience at Torrid in Vaughan Mills, all thanks to Danae! I saw a sparkly silver top and unfortunately it was not the size I wanted, other Torrid stores we checked it was out of stock. I was starting to lose hope, until Danae found my size on display. Then, to my absolute surprise and delight, she personally called me back immediately after I left the store to let me know she found my size! I couldn’t believe service like this still exists. Danae’s kindness, dedication, and genuine desire to help made my day. She turned a frustrating search into a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful for her effort. “The service was great. They allowed me to go through the racks with no confrontation and took what I gave them into a dressing room so I could try them on. Needless to say everything fit. 1 hour well spent. One item that other Tommy clients noted is that the store is normally selling at less 40%. On this sale it was 30 percent less 25 percent. The savings are approximately 10%.Customers are knowledgeable and sometimes it creates a negative reaction. In closing it was a nice sale with excellent staff.”

“Visited the Old Navy Outlet at Vaughan Mills with plans to buy some clothes, but I think it was just bad timing. The store had clearance deals marked at 30%, 40%, and even 60%, however none of those discounts applied to the items we were actually looking for. Most of what we needed was either regular price or didn’t have the discount we expected.
That said, the store itself is well designed with a nice, organized layout. The collection is decent overall, staff were helpful, and price check scanners are available on-site, which is convenient.
Even though I didn’t end up buying anything this time, I’d still recommend this store—just depends on what you’re shopping for and when you visit.”

“I usually avoid Vaughan mills as it is hard to navigate, and I generally receive low customer service due to high volume customers. I had to run in to do some returns and exchanges, the staff I encountered were extremely helpful, completed the returns and exchanges in a timely and swift manner.”
“I have not been the greatest fan of H&M because I do find that the quality of their clothes is going down. But I love their jeans and this is my favorite location as they always have different styles and options to choose from. Plus, they have cotton jeans. I hate polyester, Lycra. The staff is also friendly.”

“Found my perfect wedding dress at Amanda-Linas. It was my first time ever trying on any dresses, and I was so amazed by how they were able to find THE dress for me. I really felt like I could trust Amanda-Linas in helping me to figure out exactly what I like for myself. The dress was so perfect I cried when I tried it on. They really know how to understand each customers aesthetic and wedding dress goals. The whole experience was so fun and exciting, each employee had such good vibes and the store felt so inviting.
