“My daughter turned me on to UNIQLO. I had never considered the store because of my size. I was able to find the ultra warm long sleeve shirts, which were normally 39.99 but were on sale at 29.99 a few weeks ago, so I bought three, grey, black, and dark green.I like the checkout process, I just drop the items into a bin one at a time, and the items are registered.My only issue is the charge for a paper bag. I get if there was a charge for plastic but paper! The bag also has cord handles that dig into your hand when the bag is weighed down.All in all, it was a great experience. We are just waiting for the location to open at Fareview to open.”

“Wasn't planning on buying any shoes but Simryn and Daniella were too good and I ended up buying my first two pairs of vans. I asked if they had any additional colours and Simryn advised she had another colour in the back. Daniella comes out with the pair in seconds and I've fallen in love with them. The shoes I mean! Great customer service.”

“Product - I love the quality of Levi's Jean, especially when they go on sale. They are a name in the Jean world and there is a reason why. I typically only get Jeans here but they have other products too.Service - The staff were friendly, hardworking and professional. Can't ask for more!They are located in Vaughan Mills, which is near the bus stops and there are plenty of restaurants and amenities. Overall, I would recommend at least having one pairs of Levi's Jeans.”

“fitting room is a great place to eat your food when the mall is packkk. the fitting room was very quiet almost too quiet that i thought the store was closed. also, there was a mirror in the fitting room so you can watch yourself eat. overall highly recommend eating here!”

Brought two polos to the till, when the young lady there (brunette with glasses, June 28) pointed out that they had slim versions in case I was interested - same price and they fit better, so I got those instead. She could have just cashed me out, but I appreciated the extra effort to make that unprompted recommendation to me. Great service!”

“Can I just say I love these people I feel so appreciated and welcome in this store. I went in and out twice thinking I would not be able to find a size or a pair of jeans that would fit nice or to my standards and three girls, Britney, Laura, Jelina were so helpful. I bothered Britney first and then I came back to bother Laura and Jelina and they were so sweet. All three of them were very supportive and considered all of my request and we're able to get a pair of jeans that I initially hated but looked fabulous on me when they gave me the right size. “Ask for Maya and Taz! They helped me out with a suit for my cousins wedding. I entered the store telling them i need a last minute suit and they quickly helped. When a size doesnt fit Maya didnt give up on me ahaha she kept finding sizes for me till i find the right one. I was able to get a good suit in about 30 mins and still made it for the wedding i thought i wasnt gonna be on time for.”

“Designer Depot at Vaughan Mills Mall is a colossal clothing store.Surprisingly, the prices on almost everything are always marked down by 25% to 80%.This suggests the depot's/owner's business tactic; nevertheless, sometimes quality items can be availed at a reasonable price.The biggest drawback of buying anything here is the store's return policy. You buy something only if you are 100% sure, for you cannot return it; you can only exchange or get a store credit within seven days.The staff are helpful and check out is hassel free.”

“I have to admit, I do agree with most of the (bad) reviews. Whenever I visit this store the employees ignore you & don’t seem to know the answer to any question you ask. Yesterday was different because an employee named Maliik was there. Despite the fact he was busy folding literally hundreds of t-shirts, he greeted me, was friendly & so helpful. He was able to answer all my questions & seemed to enjoy his job, I ended up walking out with 6 t-shirts when I was only there to buy one. I even bought an extra one bc he told me to check out the $4.99 sale rack at the front of the store. Thank you Maliik for making my shopping experience a good one….and keep up the good work! You get a big 5 thumbs up ???????? ????????????????????????????????”
