“I would love to share my experience with the business, the owner went above & beyond to make sure my daughter & I were able to get the recliner we wanted as a present for Christmas! He showed me many options, let me know the pros & cons of manual vs electric - not influencing either, he advised which ones he was able to get before Xmas or shortly after! His prices are extremely competitive with the big box stores, however, his kindness, his manner & his salesmanship is way beyond anything I have ever encountered from any salesperson in a big box store. He knows his products, he got my recliner to my door 2 days before Christmas,delivered by 2 very nice delivery guys. I always like to support the independent stores, just for this reason. “Just wanted to thank Sean for recommending Mike to replace the cap on the chimney vent that had blown off with the high winds. Sean called Mike to make sure he could do the work. Mike came this afternoon and not only replaced the cap but checked fireplace to make sure there was no leakage of gas or carbon monoxide. Thanks again to both Sean and Mike for making sure we were safe to continue using our fireplace.”

On the following Tuesday, Elizabeth emailed to say the store was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but that the order would be fulfilled on Wednesday and, based on my address, I would receive the glasses on Thursday. “Well worth the Drive!We were in the market for a pair of Stressless Chairs.I found Scan Decor on the Stressless website.Scan Decor has an amazing selection of each chair design and size available to check out at your own pace and with no pressure sales.Because we drove from 3 hours away we made provisions to take our newly purchased chairs home unassembled in boxes that we could fit into our truck, so separate trip was required.Scan Decor was very accommodating, had a great selection and most completive prices!”

“I would like to say that Sean was an amazing salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, he spent time explaining the benefits of foam mattresses for my wife with Rheumatoid arthritis. Unfortunately we purchased a lesser mattress from another Sleep Country store during the Black Friday sale. And although he wasn't able to get commission he still upgraded us to the perfect mattress. In the future I would not hesitate to purchase a mattress from Sean.”

“I rarely share my experiences or rate local businesses other than word of mouth but this time I had to. This store is on Stonechurch across from Leon’s. Looks small at first glance but the interior is quite large and the customer service is outstanding. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mohammad who went above and beyond to answer all my questions and offer suggestions . It involved an urgent mechanical bed for my 95 year old Aunt and Mohammad took measurements, helped coordinate delivery and even suggested I try the mattress my Aunt already owns before purchasing another. When I paid he carefully went over the receipt so I had no questions. The delivery was just as great an experience. Super friendly and professional guys delivered the bed. They called ahead just before arriving. I will definitely return to the for all my mattress and furniture needs. I am so glad I checked out this store! ?”

“I went in today looking for some fusion wet sand sponges and was greeted by Cindy who was so kind and helpful. I spent over half an hour with her speaking about my painting difficulties and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she also genuinely cared about the problem I was having and not just selling me whatever she had. From now on I will be making the trip to visit her for all of my painting needs. She also has some beautiful other pieces as well so definitely worth stopping by. “I went with my mom the other day and had an amazing experience we don’t buy many things just a few produces for my nieces they had LEGO boxes at the store and they came in different sizes and even the food smelled delicious I tried the iconic Swedish meatballs (unfortunately there wasn’t halal beef meat ball options so I tried the veggie version) are they were out of this world. And on the side they served peas jam and my favourite mashed potatoes they all blended perfectly with the meatballs and each flavour was better then the next and I liked the idea of a glass cup that can be refillable with things that ARE NOT POP and the flavours were actually good and we also got some classics of desserts and when we left to get scanning our products which is a good idea we got some strawberry flavoured ice cream and it had more flavour less sugar and no artificial colours yet it was better then normal ice cream and healthier.”
