“With our recent new deck, we had a new gas barbecue installed.
A shout out to Rachel G as the sales associate who took the time to walk as through the Canadian options, we decided to go with the Broil King Barbecue.
We worked with Paul to coordinate our installation. Paul methodical approach ensured we had the right qualified service people show up for a smooth white glove service.
Given our home is 30 years old, the natural gas connection showed definite signs of wear & tear associated with black pipes exposed to the outside elements. Furthermore, there was no isolated inside shut off tape for this natural gas application.
Cory White and Brendan Campbell were the service reps who came to install our new bbq. Although, the bbq installed when smoothly as planned, it was their meticulous approach with upgrading the natural gas shut off taps in the basement and the outside that impressed us. Their diligence work gave us peace of mind with the new natural line and shut off taps inside place reinforcing why we continue to choose Barbecue Galore on Harvester Road as a go to shop for our outside living needs!

“Today we had the pleasure of dealing with Kelly Severin at the Plains Rd store in Burlington. We explained to Kelly that our current mattress was a Sears-o-pedic. She immediately knew what we were looking for and showed us similar mattresses. She also showed us Foam and Hybrid mattresses, just so we were sure we were about to pick the right mattress for us.
All in all, a great, no pressure experience. Highly recommended.

“Had a wonderful experience working with HLHF! We went to many many furniture stores before this one with not-so-great customer service experiences but right from the moment we entered this store, we felt their warm welcome. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They helped walk us through the different table finishings and stains and even gathered all of the samples scattered throughout the store so that we could see them side-by-side. We bought the Belmont table and after waiting ~4 weeks had it delivered (very affordable delivery fee!). The delivery men were very courteous and made sure that they did not scuff the floors while they assembled and positioned the table. Would highly recommend supporting this local, family-owned store in Burlington!”
