“I have constantly been in and out of Home Depot purchasing all types of products to renovate my home. The honest, experienced and friendly service is truly amazing! There are a lot of great people there but first id like to mention Mehdi.
He is truly such a great help everytime! He is always on the front lines with me helping me and my team promptly get us the products we need and has extensive product knowledge so it speeds up all the processes.. Such a great help. The 2nd person id like to mention is Maryam. She is also another amazing person that has helped me many many times with many issues. She helped with invoicing, technical issues, products, returns and more. She quickly learned new situations and issues that needed to be addressed to the Home Depot team so things like this won't happen to their customers in the future.

my contractor ordered our deck boards from Rona. They arrived on time and the Lady, yes I said lady (Amanda) completed the drop off in the pouring rain. She was friendly and did the drop off perfect. she never complained .... take notes guys!!!!”

“The first time my parents ever let me leave the house on my own was with my older friend of a couple years Rory who lived next door back in around 1990 or so I was about 10. I was so excited when my mom agreed to let me go with him. We went for a walk a couple miles to Westcliff mall and into Home Hardware where we each had 10 dollars or so to spend given by our parents. Rory suggested we should buy our each of our parents a gift with the money we had been given. I think I bought some sort of a toolbox for my dad here or something. Every time I go to Westcliff, im so glad to see this place is still here as so many other places have come and gone. Like the fish and chips place and the video rental stores. Rest in Peace Rory”

“Always look up what I want on line so I know the aisle! Staff is very friendly but I really hate that they are forcing you to self checkout because there is only one full service register. Guess what one there is always a line up for!”

He was genuinely friendly and answered all my questions. I had a similarly great experience at the Rona Waterdown too. The main reason was the plumbing guy in this location, he was (Andrew if I am not wrong was his name ) so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. He explained and told me exactly what I needed. Nothing compared to Home depo wich I went before.
He went beyond and above to help me get the right things.

“Was just here to purchase wall paneling, couldn't find it on the floor so went looking for assistance. Eric took the initiative to approach me offering his help. Pleasant to chat with, was able to locate the product and put the extra effort in to obtain the boxes from higher shelf. Brought it to the cash and loaded it on the cart. Awesome service from the whole team at the Waterdown location. Extra bonus they had a bucket of Halloween candy they were giving out! Thanks for a great experience!”

“I have wanted to visit this Waterdown location, since it was on Waterdown Road, back in the day. There reputation was followed them to Hamilton Street. Excellent displays, easy to navigate aisles and lots of inventory. Most importantly, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming staff members!”
