“I had been looking for months on end for a very specific Range Hood to complete our kitchen renovation. I had called every practically every appliance store in Ontario and I was willing to drive to and get it. I can’t count how many stores I had called but the ones I did, showed they had one or two in stock. Not a single person at these stores was willing to do a physical check to see if their system was accurate. Every one would just say, “oh that’s most likely and error and we don’t have one.” This was frustrating toy say the least. Then I called this Rona and I was connected with Mike in the appliance department. I went through the same explanation, but the only difference is that he was actually willing to go and do a physical check. 10 minutes later my phone rings and it’s Mike with great news. He found it. It was there but just hidden and tagged with the wrong item number. It still had the Lowe’s itemNumber on the box, but he found it. He went above and beyond. He had it pulled out and on a cart for me when I arrived to pick up the unit one hour later. Thank you Mike! I wish that there were more individuals that were willing to provide the level of service you did. I appreciate you and your efforts.”
